Refunds

Short version: 30 days, no questions asked.

If you buy a digital product from Gristle King Inc at stressinoculation.com (the Pain to Power course, for example) and it isn’t for you, reply to any email I sent you within 30 days of purchase and say “refund.” You can also write nik@stressinoculation.com from the address you bought with.

I refund the full amount to the card you paid with through Stripe. Stripe says it takes 5 to 10 business days to show up, depending on your bank. Your download links stop working once the refund goes through; anything you already printed is yours.

No form, no survey, no “are you sure.” If you tell me what missed, I’ll listen, but you don’t have to.

After 30 days I don’t offer refunds on digital products. If something is actually broken (a file that won’t open, a link that never arrived) that’s on me and I fix it any time. Lost your link? Get it again here.
