Short version: we take your name, email, and organization so we can email you.

Gristle King Inc (3275 Adams Ave Ste A, San Diego CA 92116) runs this waitlist for Real World Stress Inoculation. When you join, we store your first name, email, and organization on Cloudflare D1. We use that to email you - not to sell the list, not to spam you, not to ask for your athletes.

If you buy a digital product (the Pain to Power course, for example), Stripe takes your payment. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us. We store your first name, email, what you bought, when, and the Stripe order reference so we can deliver the files, send the course emails, and process refunds. See Refunds.

Cloudflare processes the page and the database. We may keep ordinary server logs (time, path, status) to keep the form from getting abused, and we count page views and checkout steps on our own pages with an anonymous cookie so we can see which parts of the site work.
